Here on the forum u can make a picture (not too big) using any photo editing system like photoshop, gimp, or even paint.
then u can set it as ur signature picture!
in order to make it ur signature picture u must first upload it to a photo uploading website such as tinypic.com
once u uploaded it get the URL (the link of the picture) and put it in side these two brackets:

TheLinkOfThePicture [ /IMG]
(remember to take off the spaces in the IMG brackets
then paste all that on ur profile
go to profile on the top of the forum > Modify Profile > Scroll down to Personal Information then on the "Signature:" box paste the IMG code of the picture u made and then u will have the picture as ur signature after each one of ur posts!!
You can also edit with photubucket. You can take any photo from there and decorate it how you want and it gives you the code to put in the signature box. ~ thanks to nadooia for this!
